The 2022 NFL Draft is certainly going to be something. It will take place in Las Vegas tonight for the first time and it's expected to be a spectacle. The 2022 NFL Draft Start Time is set for 8 p.m. and it will be televised nationally on ESPN, ESPN2, ABC and the NFL Network. A defensive player is expected to be drafted No. 1 overall tonight.
Both the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Kansas City Chiefs have the most draft picks in this year's draft with 12. The Jaguars are picking at the top spot for the second consecutive year, last year they took quarterback Trevor Lawrence out of Clemson. Neither the Jags or Chiefs need a quarterback, but it's worth noting that this year's draft is not expected to be one that is high on quality for the QB position. It might be a deep draft for potential NFL starters and guys to fill out a roster, but the draft is not expected to be a top-heavy one with a bunch of stars.
