The 2022 Kentucky Derby will take place later this evening at Churchill Downs. This year's Kentucky Derby is set for a 6:57 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on NBC. The Kentucky Derby Odds have Epicenter listed as the odds-on favorite to win the race as of Saturday morning.
The Derby will once again be a $3 million Grade 1 event and the positions were drawn earlier this week at Churchill Downs. The odds-on favorite for the Kentucky Derby following those post positions was Zandon, who was installed as 3-1 and will race from the 10th post in the race. Zandon is now not considered the favorite, based on the betting odds.
