The Texas Longhorns are looking for a rebound season this year after a less than stellar 2015 campaign. This year's 2016 Texas Longhorns Football Schedule opens with some tough games and does not get easier as the season moves along.
2015 record: 5-7, 4-5 Big 12
2016 season-win total: 6.5 wins (via South Point in Las Vegas)
Texas needs to find a way to get it back under control. Charlie Strong is entering his third year as the coach at Texas, but in each of his first two seasons the Longhorns lost seven games. Another seven-loss season could certainly put a lot of pressure on Strong, if he already isn't dealing with it. Jerrod Heard and Tyrone Swoopes combined to throw just nine touchdown passes last season, they obviously have to play better for the Longhorns to be good.
