It's been a couple of months since the Super Bowl finished up and the New England Patriots were crowned the champions of the NFL. Now the football world turns their sights to the 2015 NFL Draft, which takes place in Chicago this year. The 2015 NFL Draft First Round Order starts with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and ends with the Patriots.
This year's NFL Draft will be held at Chicago's Auditorium Theatre as the league looks at different options then Radio City Music Hall in New York, where the draft had been held since 2006. Nothing wrong with checking out a new venue and a new city, but it's worth noting that the previous 50 NFL Drafts had been held in New York.
The Seattle Seahawks don't need much help in being a great team, but they have the most selections of any team in the draft with 11 this year. Several teams have just six selections — Detroit, Buffalo, Chicago, Miami, New York Jets, St. Louis and San Diego. There will be 256 selections this year in the draft, ending with Mr. Irrelevant, the final pick of the event.
Drafting first will be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and it's widely speculated they will take either quarterback Jameis Winston of Florida State or Marcus Mariotta of Oregon. Both have been highly graded by draft experts and Tampa Bay does need a new signal caller according to some. The last QB drafted in the first round by Tampa Bay was Josh Freeman from Kansas State in the 2009 draft.
