While the outcome of tonight's 2014 NBA All Star Game (8:00pm ET TNT, Smoothie King Center in New Orleans) is the most important thing, the result will barely supersede MVP honors. Durant, who is 31.5 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game, is a +300 favorite to score his second All Star Game MVP trophy (2012).

A close second to Durant is two-time All Star Game MVP LeBron James at +325 odds ($100 wins $325). The Clippers Blake Griffin is third on the list at +750 odds while the Warriors' Stephen Curry, who is making his first All Star Game appearance, and the Pacers' Paul George are getting +900 and +1000 odds, respectively, as fourth and fifth selections.

George's Indiana teammate, Roy Hibbert, is considered the least likely All Star Game MVP with a +8000 listing ($100 wins $8000).
