The Major League Baseball season is not even two months old, which leaves plenty of room for change in the latest 2013 World Series Odds; however, the favorite to win the Fall Classic remains the Detroit Tigers. The Tigers (22-17) were a +900 moneyline selection in mid-April, but their current World Series price is set at +600 ($100 wins $600) despite the team’s battle with the Indians and Royals for the AL Central lead. The surging 27-14 Texas Rangers, who rank third in the league in run differential (+47), are a second championship choice at +800 odds while the Washington Nationals (22-19), Cincinnati Reds (25-16), St. Louis Cardinals (26-14), San Francisco Giants (24-17), and Atlanta Braves (22-18) are each lined at +1000 ($100 wins $1000) odds to win the 2013 World Series.
