BYU and Washington will take center stage tomorrow evening when they square off in the 2013 Fight Hunger Bowl at AT&T Park in San Francisco. The Cougars and Huskies are scheduled to take the field at 9:30pm ET; their meeting will be broadcast live on ESPN. The latest 2013 Fight Hunger Bowl Odds from offshore bookmaker 5Dimes have Washington listed as a -3 against the spread favorite and the Over/Under set at 61 points.

BYU ran into trouble in the latter part of its schedule, going 2-2 with losses at Wisconsin and at Notre Dame and wins over Idaho State and Nevada, but it was a successful season for Bronco Mendenhall's squad nonetheless.

The Cougars posted an 8-4 record and they earned wins over Texas, Middle Tennessee, Utah State, Georgia Tech, Houston, and Boise State to give them a 6-2 record against fellow bowl teams.

Washington also produced an 8-4 record, giving the school its fourth consecutive winning season. The program, which produced just four wins in the two years prior to Steve Sarkisian's arrival, helped Sarkisian land the USC job.

Not having Sarkisian's services tomorrow night may be a hindrance to the Huskies, but their talent level should be enough to help them overcome the loss of their head coach.

Washington did not fare well against Pac 12 big boys Stanford, Oregon, Arizona State, and UCLA, but it thrashed almost every other team it faced, including bowl teams Boise State (38-6), Arizona (31-13), Oregon State (69-27), and Washington State (27-17).

Notable Trends: BYU is 5-1 both straight up and against the spread in its last six games as an underdog with a spread between 0 and 3.5 points. Washington, which ranked ninth in the nation in total offense, is 9-1 in its last 10 games as a favorite with a total of 54.5 or more points.
