WWE Title CM Punk is favored at -190, while John Cena and Big Show are dogs of +150.

Pre-Summer Slam Match On You Tube
Santino Marella vs Antonio Cesaro:This is the Pre-match that the WWE has been putting out there and will be for the United States Title. Santino took the United States Championship from Jack Swagger back in March and has had a largely underwhelming title reign ever since. Santino's character is good for comedic relief and he gets a good reaction from the crowd, but it's hard to take him seriously as a champion. Cesaro is a promising up-and-comer who has been getting increased exposure on SmackDown but could use the big push of winning a title to get over with the fans. The fact that this matchup is on the Pre-Show and can be seen on YouTube tells us that the WWE doesn't take the title very seriously.
Daniel Bryan vs Kane
Earlier in the year, Daniel Bryan and Kane were involved in a bizarre love rectangle for AJ. Daniel Bryan appeared to win that battle when she accepted his proposal to marry him. She stood him up at the altar and went on to become the General Manager of RAW. As the General Manager, she forced Daniel Bryan to undergo a psychiatric evaluation which resulted in Kane beating him up under the guise of helping him with "Anger Management". There was a possibility of Charlie Sheen Battling Daniel in this spot, mainly die to his show "Anger Management", but that quickly fell through.
Dolph Ziggler vs Chris Jericho
Since returning to WWE earlier in the year, Chris Jericho has yet to win a match on pay-per-view. Dolph Ziggler accused Jericho of losing his touch and not being able to win the "Big One". The two men have been at odds ever since. Jericho also has the dubious distinction of being tied with Booker T, Jeff Hardy and the Undertaker as having the most Summer Slam losses at 5.
The Miz vs Rey Mysterio (Intercontinental Title)
The Miz began his rise back to the top on Raw 1000 when he defeated Christian to win the Intercontinental Championship. He was buried throughout the past year before he left to film a movie, and upon his return it seemed that he was back on the right track. This will be Rey's first pay-per-view match in a year because of injury. In one of his first appearances since returning to the ring, Rey beat The Miz in a non-title match.
R-Truth & Kofi Kingston Vs Darren Young and Titus O'Neil (Prime Time Players) WWE Tag Championship
The Prime Time Players earned this title shot by beating Epico and Primo in a number one contender's match via disqualification. During that match, the Players were in trouble but their manager antagonized the champions enough that they interfered in the match. Since that match, the Prime Time Players manager, AW, was released from the company due in part to a very inappropriate joke he made about the Kobe Bryant rape allegations. Kofi and Truth have had the Titles for a while and it just may be their time to lose it.
Sheamus (-305) vs Alberto Del Rio (+225) (World Heavyweight Title)
Alberto Del Rio earned this title shot by beating Rey Mysterio, Kane, and Daniel Bryan in a Fatal 4-Way Match during a recent edition of SmackDown. Sheamus beat Alberto Del Rio at the most recent WWE pay-per-view event, Money in the Bank. Last Friday night, Alberto hired goons to dress as cops to beat up Sheamus. Because of his actions, SmackDown General Manager Booker T called off Alberto's match at this show. However, Sheamus was able to talk Booker T into reinstating the match.
CM Punk (-190) vs John Cena vs Big Show (Cena & Show are at +150 Odds) (Triple Threat Match for WWE Title)
The Rules are as follows: All three men will compete against one another at the same time. The first man to score a pin fall or submission wins the match and walks out of the ring as the champion. CM Punk does not have to be involved in the decision to lose his Title.
At RAW 1,000, John Cena cashed in his Money in the Bank title shot against CM Punk but didn't win the title due to Big Show interfering in the match. The following week, Big Show and John Cena competed against each other in a #1 Contender's Match. That bout ended with CM Punk beating up both men. As a result, RAW General Manager AJ Lee ruled that Punk would have to defend the title at this event against both men in a Triple Threat Match.
Triple H (+105) vs Brock Lesner (-145)
Brock Lesnar signed a contract to rejoin the WWE and later forced John Laurinaitis to make some changes to the contract in order for him to show up for his first match with the company. WWE COO Triple H nullified the new deal which caused Brock to snap and break Triple H's arm.
The new angle added to this match has to do with Shawn Michaels, who was attacked by Lesnar at the end of Raw this past Monday night. Michaels was leaving the arena when his car was blocked by Paul Heyman’s. Lesnar then pulled Michaels out of his car when the picture on the perfectly placed camera went dark, but the audio still remained. Lesnar then brought Michaels to the ring and “broke” his arm the same way he did to Triple H back in April.
