The 2021 Belmont Stakes Post Positions were released on Tuesday along with the Morning Line Odds. The 2021 Belmont Stakes Odds for the race have Essential Qualify as the favorite at 2-1 on the morning line. The Belmont Stakes Start Time for the race is set for 6:48 p.m. The event will take place this Saturday at Belmont Park in Elmont, New York. 

The race is open to 3-year-old thoroughbreds that weight 126 pounds and will run the 1.5-mile course. The Belmont Stakes is the third and final leg of the US Triple Crown, following exactly five weeks after the Kentucky Derby, and three weeks after the Preakness Stakes. It is nicknamed "The Test of the Champion" and will feature 10 horses this year.
