CFB Virgin Quarterbacks in First Road Start

It's never easy playing your first road game in early September. But its even harder if you must do so with a first time starter at the all important quarterback position. The following chart takes a look at 11 teams who are going on the road the weekend of Sat. Sept. 3rd with a quarterback who will be taking his first ever snap in a CFB game. I have also included the difference in the line from the end of last year to this, whether our virgin QB will be accompanied by a new head coach, the teams records from 2010 in key categories, the amount of experience by the offensive line and the number of returning starters. Each week, particularly in September, this list of virgin quarterbacks in their first road starts will be a valuable tool in handicapping the CFB card. For your convenience the teams are listed in schedule order.
