THUNDER: With the youth and inexperience of Oklahoma City, it seems like the Western Conference Finals is all but over. The Thunder were in command of Game 4 for the first 43 minutes before ultimately crumbling and losing in overtime. Oklahoma City now must win 3 straight games, 2 of which will be played in Dallas to make the NBA Finals. The Thunder can take solace in the fact they won Game 2 in Dallas. Oklahoma City is 28-20 SU and 26-21 ATS in road games this season. The Thunder are 3-2 ATS as a road underdog between 6.5 and 9 points this year. F Kevin Durant had a team high 29 points and 15 rebounds in the Game 4 loss. However, Durant needs to be more efficient in the closing minutes of the 4th quarter. PG Russell Westbrook quite simply needs to do a better job of leading his team and executing the offense for the Thunder. Westbrook did have 19 points, 8 assists, and 8 rebounds in the Game 4 loss. F Nick Collison has been a revelation for Oklahoma City, as he's contributed solid offense while playing outstanding defense on Dirk Nowitzki. Collison played 31 minutes in Game 4 and had 12 points and 7 rebounds. The Thunder are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following an ATS loss. Oklahoma City is 20-7 ATS in their last 27 games as a road underdog between 5 and 10.5 points. The Thunder are 8-3-1 ATS in their last 12 Wednesday games. Oklahoma City is 11-5 ATS in their last 16 games after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. The Thunder are 11-5-1 ATS in their last 17 road games.
Projected Score: 98 (SIDE of the Day)
Thunder are 4-1 ATS last 5 games following a SU loss.
Over is 6-0 last 6 games following an ATS loss.
MAVERICKS: (-6.5, O/U 198.5) Dallas is 1 win away from the NBA Finals, thanks to a historic 4th Quarter comeback. The Mavericks trailed the Thunder by 15 points with just more than 5 minutes left in regulation. Dallas played stellar defense and was able to ride the hot hand of F Dirk Nowitzki yet again. Nowitzki had a game high 40 points in the Game 4 win, including a critical 12 points during a key 17-2 run late in regulation. PG Jason Kidd had 17 points and a team high 7 assists, as well as 4 critical steals. Dallas is 35-13 SU and 25-21 ATS in home games this season. The Mavericks are 7-9 ATS this season as a home favorite between 6.5 and 9 points this year. Dallas is an unbelievable 13-1 ATS in all playoff games this season. The Mavericks are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 home games. Dallas is 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games against a team with a winning percentage above .600%. The Mavericks are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 playoff games as the listed favorite. Dallas is 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 games playing on 1 days rest. The Mavericks are 20-6-1 ATS in their last 27 games against the Western Conference. The Mavericks are 40-18-1 ATS in their last 59 games following a SU win. Dallas is 34-16-2 ATS in their last 52 games following an ATS win. The Mavericks are 34-16-1 ATS in their last 51 games overall. Dallas is 37-18 ATS in their last 55 Wednesday games. The Mavericks are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.

I am a huge fight fan and have a great sense and feel for it. If I had to choose one sport over the other, I would say that I am a bigger boxing fan than MMA fan as I have been watching boxing far longer... Read more
