I played the Yankees RL yesterday on MGM, which they covered 12-2 in a rain shortened 8 innings. MGM cancelled the bet and I contacted their Support to find out why. They stated games must go at least 9 innings in order for MGM to pay. Is this common practice among most books?

I go back a long ways betting baseball since I was 15 years old, the rules all local bookies used is .......the game has to be an official game to win or lose your bet, an official game is 4.5 or 5 innings. Now days each casino or betting establishment have their own so called ground rules.
