Has anyone requested money from Bookmaker and received check or bitcoin. They keep declining my request saying I need to update card and ID verification. When I go to cashier and check these items they have a green check beside them as if everything is good. Are these people broke or are they just not giving me back my money because of Covid-19. Thanks

Go to OSGA.COM and file a complaint.I have never used Bookmaker but I don't see any complaints.Most books make you update your info from time to time.

They are as solid as they come......I wouldn't worry one bit. Just do as they ask, no big deal.

I did that as well and got my money. I am still playing on that site but wish they would offer PayPal as Wells Fart does not like cashing Canadian checks....they will but they give me a hard time about it... may have to go to bitcoin...Thanks for the replies

Paypal has banned gambling payments for a long time.
Hard to get cash from online bookies unless you use bitcoin; otherwise you go through same hoops as you described.

Bet On Line will pay You a Money Order from the US. I have never had a problem with Them. Usually takes 3 days or so to have it in Your Mail box.
