As a long time player at both Youwager and Betpop (same company but Betpop is considered the "discount" book" with slightly better payouts), I again say WTF is going on??? This current football season they eliminated the OOBG magazine code for a $50 free play, their bonus points per bet made and the mailer card that was always worth another $100 minimum. Then yesterday, they had their Calendar Bonus where you could have either a $50 free play OR a spin on the Bonus wheel, paying between 0 and $1000. So I take the spin and win 3 more free spins, but the wheel shuts down and gives me $15 in free play money. So I leave a message under chat........and wait.
Then I see over at SBR a thread everyone complaining about the exact same thing. It appears everyone who took the spin the first part of the day had the same type of issues. Customer Service did respond eventually admitting to a screw up and they were working on it. Most of the people responding in the SBR got nothing, a couple won $25 on the wheel but had $75 added to the account. A real friggin mess, for sure. Here is their response to me today per Derrick:
"I can’t guarantee or even suggest the solution of any type on this situation so all we can do is wait, we cannot give you a time frame because at this point managers
are waiting for the books owner to decide what to do and how this will be handled
so please give it time and on behalf the youwager.eu family we will like to apologize
for this inconvenience and we are working hard to get this resolved, we don't want you
to ever feel unsatisfied. That’s terrible for business and we will have an answer soon."
So, to be honest, it's the first truthfull (or so it seems) response I've gotten or read. I know people are pissed, as the wheel spins are a major selling point to join/deposit, especially after removing all the other bonus programs. I'll keep everyone posted as it moves forward, but I'd be leary depositing here at this point. I will say I've never had a problem getting my money out, but things do go sour fast in this business, i.e. BetDSI.
