I put a strong emphasis on tracking wins, losses, and units. It’s a discipline I’ve developed over the years, and one that keeps me accountable and focused. While I understand that not everyone feels the same way, I personally find it difficult to give much weight to someone’s analysis if they don’t maintain transparent records.
