I've been around the block and like the commercial says I've seen a thing or two. So I get Alister at plus 125? I'll take that bet all day long. Walt's story is gut wrenching and I so feel for him. He came into this bout with everything to lose. Maybe better days are ahead for him. I hope so! Thankfully, I got all my cash back plus a few bucks on the main event but the truth is I think I got robbed out of a few G's on bad decisions. It is what it is and like I said that's why I bet hundreds and not thousands on UFC and boxing events. On to the next one and thanks to Casey for sharing his selections!

You know Matt the funny thing about MMA is the older you get the more dangerous you are. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Lewis. Not the Joe Louis you are thinking of but the pioneer of Karate/Kick boxing champ way back in the day. He was the heavy weight champ back then. The sport was relatively unknown but I was lucky to be friends with the heavyweight boxing contender Joey Orbillo. Google him. He was close to fighting Ali for the right to fight Smokin Joe for the tittle. Jerry Quarry beat him in a close bout at the infamous Olympic Auditorium in downtown LA back in the day. Those were the days brother!
