As we discussed in that other thread, Geno is a gamer who was a bargain and will give his all…& it will be contagious…coupled with Carroll’s defensive strategies, personal/personnel development, we should see improvement

It feels wrong for the Raiders to go down this route. I like Gino and love Pete, but this is like them bringing in Davante Adams to complement Carr again, when the problem was coaching, now they try fool the faithful Raiders fans with Carroll and Smith when the problem is the front office. I hope it works for Raiders Fans, But I getting the feeling that most NFL franchise's don't care about winning the Lombardi because they are making to much money just existing as a NFL Franchise. They Sellotape a roster together and just roll out the season counting their cash.
What I would like to see is a bright GM, with a young and experience coaching staff and give them 3 years to build up a team that the Fans deserve.

Geno isn't built for the pocket his knees are boney he's about 20 lbs underweight. He's not dedicated, he's not in the gym he's barely awake in team meetings
