Packers, Texans, Ravens, Bills, Rams and Wash are the teams with strength of schedule on their side this year. Packers are the main team in that stat. Their SOS against the Eagles is the biggest in the playoffs.
I dont think these stats will stand up to the NEW playoffs, As teams will adapt quickly on how to play them. Rugby was similar in the way the playoffs were put into a 16 team format, Style points went out the window. Just look at Ohio State, 5th seed in terms of the regular season, Did they rest players against Michigan, so they didn't have to play Oregon in the div final and go straight in to the playoffs. It seems in College Football, Rugby and now the Champions league new format. Top teams get ready for the playoffs from the start. Be careful strength of schedule could be also their downfall. Georgia this year in college and the likes of the Jags beat the Chargers 2 years ago. Lower ranked teams that fell in to the playoffs can use it as a super bowl game and live off it for a few years. Like the Jags have done.
BTW I'm am not saying that Ohio State rested players against Michigan, but if they go out and beat Texas, the way they beat TENN and ORE, it does make you wonder. Kansas City and Andy Reid do it. Did you ever hear KC win but don't cover. What they are really saying is KC just do enough in the Regular season, different animal altogether in the playoffs.
