Maybe I asked this before and have forgotten.  We built a nice waterfront home in Punta Gorda about 12 Years ago, selling it about 4 years ago after I hit 71 and felt no longer able to enjoy nor keep it up.  Back in '84 we bought property in Burnt Store just south of down town Punta Gorda.  Never built as we were saving it for retirement.  We saw what Charlie did.  We also saw what Ian did to Ft. Myers Beach where my family has owned time share since the mid 70's.  Completely flattened all the buildings.  Just now starting to rebuild.

I Bought in Okeechobee in 2017 sold in 2020 and Bought in lakeland we are looking to Sell this place and Buy something else ,,and Charlie Did a lot of damage because it Turn it the last minute thats what i'm worried about with this Storm if that happens Could be Real bad for us
