Dude hardly never adjusts the defense in game. Saw that while he was coaching in AZ. KC took advantage of it and Wilks got the boot.. again.

Not like the 49ers D was stellar in the prior playoffs games, either.

If Wilks' D would've stopped KC in either of their final 2 drives he'd be hoisting a SB trophy, and not a pink slip.

Remember, on KC's game winning drive, Shanahan called timeout because he did not like the Niners defensive scheme. Here's some good additional context.
