I grew up on that show, and Brent was so good, made you feel so comfortable like he was in your living room. Agreed 100%. Hands down best pregame show in history. That theme music would come on and it just screamed out game on. Loved it.

Musburger was a sports announcer for CBS in the mid 70's in Chicago. He was well liked there and grew nationally with CBS.

Musberger was great. Anything is better the Romo. Good grief!! I think Tony Romo is horrible. How did he get the super bowl gig? He probably did it for free. Lol.

I think Mike Tirico and Collinsworth are the best we have going current times.

Romo acts like about of control child, Not sure if he is on Coke/amphetamines but his brain is firing way to much.
How many times can one man declare that we just seen the greatest play ever!

Good Point WCW....I think they cater to the younger generations who scroll past everything at 100 MPH, alot of info fast! Almost at times way to much info to try and be the smartest guy in the room ....let the game tell some of the story..we dont have to try and predict every play call...
Musberger was fantastic..... I liked Dick Enberg and Merlin Olsen as well... I will check this out.

All this means is your old, real old. Yes, Musberger was great, Summerall was always old but also great. Romo is a dunce trying to be good. Don't know why anybody likes him. I personally like Greg Olsen, just seems real & not over the top. Don't forget we all get old, better than dieing. I think. Either way, always appreciate the FOOTBALLER.
