Using data going back to 2005 I’ve found that 14.34% of games are decided by 3 points, 8.95% of games are decided by 7 points, and 6.18% of games are decided by 6 points.
Here is the link to the data page on a site that I started: https://trendsagainstthespread.com/spread-data/key-numbers/
My question is: How closely do you guys pay attention to line movement across these numbers when spread betting? Do you think it is significantly more meaningful than line movement across less common point differentials? I think it is very important but wanted to get some feedback.
