Paulie, you do have to be physically present at one of the Derek Stevens properties to register for the Circa contests. However; like the Westgate and Nugget contests, plenty of proxy services available. I paid $1000 to enter the Millions and another $200 to the proxy - Winner Circle Proxy (Kelly in Vegas’ service). I met her staff at the Golden Gate to register, took no more than 10 minutes. Very friendly and communicative. Picks have to be submitted by 4pm PST on Saturdays for the Millions. (Per the level of service I paid for with the proxy)
One interesting item I never knew about until reading the rules.. the “Booby” prize. Every four or five weeks, whoever has the worst record gets $25,000. Q1 and Q3 are 4 weeks. Q2 and Q4 are 5 weeks each.
Quarterly winners get $150k / $60k / $40k / $15k / $10k. Overall winner gets $1million. After that, it’s $500k / $400k / $350k / $300k / $250k, etc down to the 100th place finisher who gets $2,000.
