Well, Lawrence of Playbook had two wrong "bet" teams yesterday, the Colts and the Jets. However, his two "star" picks both won, bringing his season record to perfect 8-0, with his 3 star pick, "Cowboys by 13" tonight. He also had "bet" picks on the Dolphins and Rams. He was also correct with his Ravens by 4 (which means a non bet), Bills by 10, Chiefs by 3 (which again means a non bet), Falcons by 1, Browns by 10 and Vikes by 4. His wrong picks, non betting, were Panther, Cards, and Steelers, the first two he predicted they win but not covering. All in all, a very good year so far, but it's really early. I've been following him and many others for over ten years, and this is his best start. I never really liked they way he picks. It reminds me of ..... "If the home team has lost their last two games by a total of 24 or more points, and the qb had a completion percentage of greater than 60%, and the total rushing yards was under 75, and the coach took off his head phones and cussed at least 20 times, and ...................... bet with him in this game". He doesn't seem to even understand the injury report, although he did pick the Ravens to not cover, as they were missing seven (7) starters on defense yesterday. Should have lost outright, but bad teams always find a way to lose.
