I did not play this game.
Too many Pundits are on Arizona, which caused me concern here.
PITT has the # 3 NFL total Defense, they have EIGHT(8) # 1 Draft picks as Starters on that D, and they are playing well. The only thing the Steel is missing on that D is a Mean Joe Green prototype.
ARZ is a rebuilding team. They got their heads handed to them by the Rams at home last week.
The only advantage of taking ARZ is the bad spot PITT might be in.
Don't get the voodoo dolls out against me here, but Tomlin inherited the team from Cowher, who in his turn inherited the team from the late, great unheralded Chuck Noll. The Steel front office does NOT like to change coaches, my guess is that they SAVE millions over the decades by not having to keep paying off coaches/players/trainers/etc. when they get fired like the other 30 Teams. Only Patriots utilize a similar GM model, and now Belichick is the longest tenured HC and has been for a while. Belichick can coach as long as he wants to. Even SAINTS HC Peyton, Imo a great coach in his own right, his job is never "safe". When coaches get fired the teams have to pay them off and that costs money.
If old man Rooney was alive he would have FIRED Tomlin on-the-spot for that attempted tripping against that RAVENS returner. Old man Rooney would have CUT Big Ben over that girl at that CO hotel. Things have not been the same when the old man Rooney and Noll stepped down.
I have been a NFL addict since Supe 3, when the 19.5 dogs Jets beat my then-Baltimore Colts. I forgot more about the NFL than all the wanna-be's thrown from a barrel of monkeys. I remember hundreds of games, half times, Lines, etc. My wife made me delete the part of my NFL videos where I talk about the Jimmy Johnsons, Vince Lombardi's, NCAA Men's God Mr. John Wooden of UCLA fame, and Ditka and Belichick. The aforementioned were given CATRE BLANCHE to build their teams until GM Jerry Jerk Jones of the Cowboys girly-drama-dream utters the infamous line " I could get a monkey to coach this team, Johnson is another chess piece". Jimmy Johnson gets wind of this, and confronts Jones at the bar in Tampa, a mere HOURS after Johnson got Jones the 2nd Lombardi trophy in a row. After a three hour argument( and I am sure the booze flowing did not help here) Jones FIRES Jimmy Johnson for insubordination( or whatever). You don't change gears when the machine of your engine is beating all other vehicles of all stripes and because of that, I hope Jerry Jones NEVER wins another Lombardi. He did win two years later, but that was the team Jimmy Johnson built, and yes, Barry Switzer, the tool that should've been put in jail when he tried to get on that plane with a .38 hand gun, just happened to get that mileage out of the Cowboys. Have not done much since. Had Jones kept Jimmy Johnson who knows how many Lombardi trophies Jones could out on the Mantle.
Back to the STEEL: The only bet I would consider would be some kind of UNDER bet.
Hope this helps.
