Sportsline put a pick for the AAF Championship.............
"For a new league shrouded in the unknown, the odds to win the inaugural Alliance of American League football title are all over the map. They range from 5/2 to 10/1, with three of the eight teams sharing longshot status.
To get the most bang for your buck, go with one of the double-digits trio. The best of the bunch might be the San Diego Fleet. Their coach, offensive guru Mike Martz, will figure out better than his peers how to capitalize on what surely will become a passing league.
The quarterback, Mike Bercovici, operated in Arizona State's wide-open style and is well suited for Martz's gunslinging offense.
As a bonus, the No. 1 overall pick in the draft, QB Josh Johnson, could circle back to San Diego. He was signed by the Washington Redskins after the draft but could be cut in time to rejoin the Fleet. Johnson is one of few with NFL bonafides.
