DJ WONDA: I hope you're well my friend and you're enjoying your weekend....
First, let me thank you for your intelligent and respectful post....I genuinely appreciate that!!! :o) There's nothing more valuable than engaging in "healthy" dialogue. As I'm sure you know, none of us will ever be perfect; however, if we want to achieve a good/solid amount of success in this industry, invaluable elements of success include maintaining/nurturing an open mind while also learning with/from others; moreover, ongoing analysis, & sharing/exchanging personal experiences, opinions, perspectives, etc consistently is critical--that's why the forums here @ PG represent the most significant learning tool offered (imo)...
This is indeed the most fascinating area (imo) of sports wagering (Sides vs Totals plays). I've done extensive research on this ultra-important aspect of sports wagering (as a matter of fact, I am already engaged in ongoing communication, etc with several cool, intelligent and open-minded people here @ PG)!!! I will definitely add your name to that list, in addition to sharing some very interesting statistics with you....
I will definitely connect with you outside of this particular forum, as it is always quite evident (unfortunately) there are individuals here @ PG who are close-minded, hateful, argumentative, subjective, bigoted, defensive, etc...the list goes on & on. Unfortunately, there are so many people within the PG "community" who are (& never will be) not interested in doing the things that actually create a grow a legitimate community. Their antennas are raised only when they pounce on the opportunity to be conspicuously (& sadly) subjective, argumentative, disrespectful, & antagonistic. Engaging in "healthy & ongoing dialogue/debate" is far beyond even a foreign concept to them, as most cringe & lash out at others when someone does not subscribe to their opinion/perspective/approach in any area of sports wagering. Their continued abhorrent behavior is, for the most part, Exhibit I of their #1 defense mechanism. That's so sad because this valuable resource can help all of us achieve great things (if utilized correctly). Unfortunately, we both know it is not....
TURFDOG, AZCARDSFAN, MIKE SHUTTLESWORTH:
Moving forward, please check yourselves (& please be thorough and honest if/when you do that). I say that because it's extremely important (if one TRULY & GENUINELY CARES & is committed to constant & never-ending improvement) to fully grasp how to treat people respectfully, how to minimize the amount/degree of subjectivity, closed-mindedness, & antagonism (among myriad other things) you subscribe to. Also, it might make sense for you to be very introspective so you can understand how you can bring value to PG & its members. Moreover, it may help you identify how you can consistently extract significant value from PG as well, particularly the Forums. Doing this kind of important work would help you to continue to grow & nurture your own level of expertise & success, while simultaneously helping others do the same....
TAKE CARE ALL!!! HAVE A GREAT & PROFITABLE WEEKEND ALL AROUND!!!! :o)
Will definitely be in touch DJ....lookin' forward to connecting with you....
CARPE DIEM!!! :o)
