I`m enjoying toast for breakfast !!! First piece of bread since New Years eve. Been on that Carnivore diet and lost a measly 10lbs about a month ago. I haven't cheated except for adding spinach from a can, for some damn fiber. Done with it . I want to take a dump and be regular again. Got to admit you do feel pretty good on it.
