Kemba Walker in 52 mins scored only 5 points shooting 2-11 in the game 6 loss. Not only was he a liability on offense but defensively the Raptors were scoring on Kemba Walker all night long. Kyle Lowry was getting Kemba isolated and took advantage.
The most crucial play of the game Raptors led by 2 points in double-OT had possession with 20 secs remaining 10 secs on the shot clock, Lowry getting isolation exposing Kemba here and hits the dagger. Lowry knows 1-1 he can score on Kemba but if you look closer Marcus Smart tried to help/switch to defend Lowry himself but didn’t commit.
Jaylen Brown scored 31 points but it took him 30 shot attempts to get it. Going 11-30 FG and shot poorly from 3pt range 4-13
Celtics have been here before Brad Stevens is 2-1 in game 7 and I believe soon to be 3-1
Refs missed a crucial foul on Kemba Walker driving in for a layup in the fourth quarter with 3.5 secs left that potentially could’ve sealed the deal and avoidEd going into OT. Refs will have a soft side for the Celtics tonight in game 7 as far as the fouls go because of that non-call. Personally I don’t see this being a close game, I think Celtics win by double-digits and make their third Eastern Conference Finals appearance in four Seasons. Take the Celtics!
Best of luck!
