I don't do variations in my betting amounts. I prefer to put the same amount of money on all my bets.
Bucks -4 (1st Q)(WIN), Bucks -7.5 (1st Half)(WIN), Bucks -13.5 (game)(WIN)
-----The Bucks have owned the Pistons for the last 2 years and that was when they had one of the best big men in the game. Drummond is gone, griffin is out, and jackson is gone, i see the pistons not putting much effort into the rest of this season and that was made evident with their moves at the deadline and with the buyout of Jackson. I don't see Christian Wood and Derrick Rose pulling a win against a team who still wants to win every game they can.
Hornets +4.5 (game)(WIN)
-----Theses 2 teams have played close games with two of the games being decided by 1 point and the third game a 10 point win for the Hornets in Chicago. I look for another close game between these 2 and the injury bug is afflicting the Bulls with Dunn, Valentine, Carter jr., Porter jr. out, and Hutchison Day to Day.
76'ers -7.5 (game)(WIN)
-----The 76'ers at home are great. They have already beaten the Nets twice this season and i think they will look to come out of the all star break with some dominance. Kyrie will not be in this game and while i like Dinwiddie i don't think he can bring the Nets to the winners circle in Philly.
My opinion of the other games are
Hawks +7
-----Heat on the road vs. bad teams has not been a given and i think Collins being in the game should help them stay within the number. Trae has not played well against the Heat but I have a feeling he is going to step it up. I didn't bet this game because of the injuries for Atlanta. (Bembry, Capela, Hunter, and Huerter)
Kings +2
-----These teams have won both respective home games in the previous meetings this year so I would lean towards taking the home team getting a basket. If i was forced to bet this game it would be on the over 229.5. The previous 2 games topped this number and i see both teams being fresh and running and gunning off the all star break.
Rockets -10.5
----- I don't like this Rockets team but they may have figured out something that could take other teams a little while to figure out how to stop in their extreme small ball. I didn't make this a bet because the Rockets seem to play with no desire to win on the road vs. bad teams (they lost to this warriors team last time in GS). They win against good teams like the lakers and jazz and lost to the pelicans and suns) I actually think the small ball will be a good fit for the warriors to match up with.
