  1. Like I mentioned in another post I hit on a $150 bet on the Stars +125 TWIR bet in game 1.

I think there are trends that I see, mainly in MLB besides NHL, that have the team that controlled the game the majority of the game in a previous game but ended up losing that game and then going on to win the following game. This is the situation we are facing in game 2 and why there are a lot of people on the oilers, everyone saw a dominate oilers team the majority of  game 1.

However, I’m going to go against the grain and take the Stars again. Nothing crazy, $100 on the ML and $100 on the TWIR.

I think this is a 7 game series and home ice will be the likely determinant. Dallas has looked shaky on the road and I think the Oilers are going to spank them at home.

If Dallas loses tonight I think they’ll be down 3-1 after game 4.

Give me the Stars in game 2.

Failure to secure game 1 is gonna be their demise

They have a solid squad so definitely very possible that they win it all but let me first see how they play at Edmonton.

I think we’re on the right side on this one. This is closer to my average wager size, I risked $600 on the panthers last night.

Oettinger is hands down better than Skinner, Dallas will carry that momentum from 3rd into this game. Oilers are so unpredictable, but I’m on Stars to win this one again. GL Tapper

So the oilers win game 2 and we reassess. Writing this up now so you can win a lot of money.

I wrote above how I felt if Dallas lost game 2. The oilers have completely dominated them except for one period and they have done it at Dallas where Dallas has been a home dominate team. Dallas lost 2 road games at the Jets who are only a good regular season team. In this series Dallas isn’t going to sniff a road win at Edmonton imo, this series is ending in 5 or 6 games.

The big bet I’m putting in as soon as it’s available tomorrow is Edmonton to win the series. $750-$1000 bet depending on the odds.

Don’t love the odds but Vegas knows what I know and the odds are only going to get worse after game 3.
