Good Story ( Probably already told it once or twice over the years on here)
In the early 80s in Vegas used to give a guy named Larry Ness rides to the sportsbook.
He was basically broke and one day he meets a guy at Austin’s and gets a job.
His name was Jim Fiest and he began selling sports picks with him for a living.
Larry was a bettor who thought the favourites were too big too bet and the dogs weren’t
enough points to take ( too funny). To my surprise within 3 months he’s driving a new car and went on
to have a nice career on TV and radio talking sports betting.
Read he passed away a couple years ago but one of the few to make it.
