Despite playing a more difficult schedule, NYI has a better expected and real goal differential than BUF this season. Over the last 10 games, NYI has widened the gap (albeit vs a slightly easier schedule). In that span, NYI is 8th in 5v5 SVA goal differential to BUF's 29th. 

NYI's special teams have been horrible, but I'm willing to wager that BUF doesn't take advantage. NYI is the least penalized team and BUF's power play ranks 30th. 

Give me the the hotter, better, and more rested team on home ice. NYI hands BUF their 14th straight loss.  Barzal, Duclair, and Horvat all in the lineup together since the first time since beginning of the season.
