I just wanted something for fun. I'll leave the thread open until tomorrow night and hopefully 7 (im already in) have said they'd join. First come first serve and if we do not have 8 then i'll push it back until Thursday. I will need help since im not around the computer every minute of the day. Im thinking each of the 8 entree's can monitor their own matchup. NOW WHEN YOU POST YOUR PLAY IT MUST BE AVAILABLE ON PREGAMELINES.COM. DO NOT EDIT EITHER. That way we have a timestamp incase someone is questioning the line. Also thats why we're including the name of book when we post. I see you post SMU +14 (LVH) at 1:00......i should be able to click that matchup on the odds page for LVH and see what it was at 1:00. They should match obviously.
Rules are VERY SIMPLE:
1) Bracket style head's up tournament.
2) Each player must make 12 selections over 4 calendar days (Thurs/Sunday) and use lines posted at PregameLines.com . Eligible sports are NBA, CBB, NFL and CFB. Game side and totals only (no halftimes/no moneyline). 10 regular selections and 2 best bet worth double points.
**NO OPPOSITE SELECTIONS AND FIRST PERSON TO MAKE A SELECTION HAS THE RIGHT TO IT IN THEIR MATCHUP (IE, Pistons are playing the Bulls, I take the Pistons + the points, my opponent can't take the Pistons or Bulls. They would be able to take the total still)
**ALL selections do not have to be made at once. All 12 need to be completed between Thursday and Sunday.
3) Each win is +1 point, a loss -1 and push +1/2. For the best bet it would be +2 points, -2 points and +1 point. (a game cancelled does not count and the player will make another selection)
4) Each post must be made in this thread and in this format:
Username: Selection/Line: Book: Record/Total Points:
so
No Limit: Detroit Pistons +5 Bodog 2-0 +2.0
5) In the event of a tie, the two contestants remaining will pick 5 more games and repeat until a winner is decided. In the event of a shortened card, the period will be extended over 48 hours.
6) In the event of a rare circumstance, I reserve the right to make a ruling based on what I deem fair.
