Went last year for D&C, 3 nights in June. Hot as balls with temps around 110. Stayed at the Linq, short walk to the Ventician and the Sphere. 200 or 300 sections are optimal viewing experience; 100’s row 20 or further back are obstructed view with the overhang. It was great.. going back for 3 nights in May this time around…You won’t be disappointed

I have not been to the sphere ...I know it's pretty expensive for a local ..but everyone I've listened to ...says it's unbelievable ...Vegas is expensive nowadays ...
Only thing I can say ..is Ellis Island + Tuscany only 1 block away ...both have pretty good food + reasonable ...and both have $10 craps (10x odds) + $10 blackjack ...Tuscany craps only Fri+ Sat nite ..Ellis Island everyday ..starting at 11 am in the morning ...Ellis going thru a casino makeover  ...but they are still open everyday

we were there in August and went to the Sphere, regular show they have there and enjoyed. Other events are pricey Im sure as was the one we went to but I think everything is too much!
Stayed at the Circa ( they upgraded us to a suite for free, I dont know why but took it !)and it was nice but it is downtown as they say and you need to Uber to the strip or bus, cab etc if you want to go there.We took an Uber to the Venetian and had dinner and walked to the Sphere, about 20 min walk but of course you can Uber to it.
Circa patrons have to be 21 or older to go in so if you want to avoid kids and such its nice with the age limit.

I can tell you this . Go to the Sphere during your visit . My wife and I went and it is AMAZING. The exterior night time visual is second to none . Standing up close it is distorted some as it’s supposed to be viewed from a distance outside . Inside was awesome as well . We saw Post Card from Earth and the total sensory experience was Spectacular. The seating is a little tight to walk by others and very steep going up and down where we were seated . I’m sure more expensive seating is much better . Definitely worth your time and very memorable experience. I’m sure a concert will be even better .

Yes it's a nice casino for locals ...and of course people visiting ..8 mo ago they were cranking ..3 craps tables ...(1) $5 min and other two $10 min ..with the construction ..they r down to 1 table on craps ...but u can actually walk 2 blocks to Tuscany if crowded ...

Get up early one morning and enjoy a power walk through The Clark County Wetlands Nature Preserve (who knew Las Vegas has a huge wetland !)

Enjoy the peace and solitude - I guarantee you will see more animals than people. Stop often during your walk and just listen to the cheerful chirping of the birds all around you. I’m told renowned classical music composers got ideas for their Melodies this way.

If you hear a rustle in the bushes as you walk, it’s a friendly road runner following you. If you stop he will run ahead of you and stop and wait for you. It’s a game they like to play.

Take along a copy of Mary Austin’s “The Land of Little Rain” and read a chapter or two while sitting on one of the many benches.

The park is a short drive from The Circa down Fremont Street/Boulder Hwy. Turn left on Tropicana. Go on a weekday - sometimes on weekends some clown will be walking his unruly dogs scaring all the animals away. Or some inconsiderate buffoon will fly by on a bicycle playing his boom box music scaring away the animals. Bikes and dogs are forbidden in the park, but some people think rules don’t apply to them. I always shoot them a stern disapproving look.

Thx for craps info VB. Have to remember next time I go as so many are 25 min for craps and doing odds bets can get expensive which u should do though
