DMan, I live in the Charlotte area and left town before the storm for a family visit. If I remember right, you live outside the city, but know we got a bit of the storm. Just wanted to reach out to make sure you're all good, as well as to double check to see if everyone you know and such is fine. I'm back to Charlotte next Sunday, but wanted to let you know if you need anything let me know. I'm happy to help out with anything you may need.

Good Stuff RC (Real American)

We in S. GA took a beating (again), but it looks like NC needs support from volunteers and the nation.
Thank you Mr. President (Trump) for at least showing up. Maybe others will and relief to NC will come.

Heading out from Savannah (on Tues) to Valdosta to take a tenant of ours from Colorado over to Atlanta to get back home after visit with his daughter.
Anyone else need anything or help (if I can), hit me up here?

I’m in CLT RC . All good. Have a nephew in Asheville and he got out today to come stay for a bit with us.

North area, near Concord and Harrisburg

Biden or Harris even mention the disaster in NC/TN yet? Probably waiting for President Trump to make a move before they venture out of their respective basements...

Good to hear. Hope your nephew is okay and was only a student in Asheville. If not, that's a tough road ahead. I'll be moving out of CLT at the end of the year and will happily donate what I can to help him resettle with items (desk, chair, extra endtable/storage kind of thing). If so, just DM me and I'll contact you when I return to town.

thx RC, he is fine. lives in an Apt on 3rd floor so no damage just no power, water etc. I 26 was clear so no problem getting here

No power for over 4 days now for me in Greenville sc . They say in another 2-3 days .

Yes Western NC got it worse , We only had 9 inches of rain but the winds were so bad that over 6,000 power poles have been replaced so far

One of the worst considering it came on land in FLA . Lifetime event for sure . Thought Hugo was bad when the aftermath came through Charlotte and tore up the place . Helene way worse
