Pregame.com believes that potential customers should have access to all information needed to make an informed decision about whose picks to follow. The industry as a whole has fallen short of this standard. Mandatory for all Pregame Pros is the disclosing any pertinent legal trouble (any felonies plus any misdemeanors related to financial impropriety) while also providing all information necessary for whatever degree of additional background vetting you would like to personally do (including legal name).

This allows all customers to know who they are doing business with; also preventing any individual from selling picks under multiple names; also preventing Pregame from using fictitious, nonexistent “people” to sell picks. Few competitors will follow Pregame’s lead with their own disclosures. Now you know why.
