Under 46 tonight. ND gonna play conservative and both teams have good defenses. This won’t even come close to 46. Ignore Penn St’s offensive explosions to past few games. No way it’s happening tonight.

This game has been -1.5 ND and 45.5 O/U for 3 days on Fan Duel! The line hasn't moved.
