No one knows for sure but the stadium is sold out. Trump will be there. It will be an atmosphere unlike any-other Alabama home game. I'm on Bama as +3dj. Here are my thoughts as a suite owner at Bryant Denny (and the screen name makes sense if you roll back a decade when I created it).
1. Kirby is Kirby. There won't be any surprises from him or Georgia. They are always exactly what you think they are going to be.
2. Deboer is a wild card. Everyone knows he hasn't opened half of the playbook thus far. None of us have any idea what his first of seventh series of this game will look like with this talent group.
3. Kirby has never coached against him and the film on him has nothing to do with this team. Amplify point 2 above.
4. Saban still works for Alabama football. Don't think he's not in there working up thoughts on opposition strategy.
5. The pre-season line was geo-3.5. WIth Bama not falling apart with a new coach as some expected and Georgia looking poor against Kentucky, I think the move to 2 and likely 1 is very reasonable. I don't see a sharp play here.
Bama at home, in this atmosphere with the advantages listed above and what Hizzy posted - I'm on Bama +3 for 5k my biggest wager thus far is a mostly sucky/surprising season.
Good luck folks & Roll Tide
