You could tell Clarke just gave up at the end, they were down by like 11 with a lil' over a minute to go & she wasn't even trying to shoot any three's & it didn't seem like she even wanted the ball, if she did she would pass it just like she did right before HT & the clock ran out, when it was obvious she should have took that last shot!

That's the most sad thing I have ever seen.....If your Iowa, just be glad you only lost by 12 points with numbers like that (37-0 bench points).....and yes that is correct, Iowa is extremely out matched when it comes to athleticism ......You can clearly see that in Mens CBB and CFB as well as WCBB....that's always the case for them....

WCBB is usually so predictable every year cause it Always going to be one of the top 2-3 teams in the finals IF not Both of them just like today, they were both #1's though LSU won it last year as a 3 seed but you hardly EVER see a double digit seed in the final 4 like the guys! Matter of fact I don't know when was the last time there was a double digit seed in the women's final four?

I thought they had SC on the ropes in that 1st quarter. Up double digits they missed a couple layups and Clark missed a FT. Those are continuing momentum type plays.

Matt, I also saw CC kind of go through the realization they weren’t going to come back and she may have mailed those last few minutes in. I think she was frustrated and out of gas.

A very key play was when Iowa fought back to get it to down 5 and after a steal Affolter tried to take it 3/4’s and got the ball stolen. That was hugely disappointing for Iowa. They never recovered.

Molly Davis being out hurt more than the new viewer of Iowa basketball knows. It has to do with rotations and Iowa having the ability to have 1-2 capable scorers come off the bench and allows Clark to not have to handle the ball handling as much.

On that play at the end of the half was just lazy on her part. Down 1 with last shot and she lazily dribbled the ball without protecting it from Johnson. 1 point deficit or possible lead turn into a 3 point deficit at half.
