Several plays today:
Kansas +3 & ML at Texas Two teams trending in opposite directions. Texas has lost 4 of its last 6. Kansas has won 6 of its last 7. On Saturday, I was doubting Kansas. So why the change? First, KU's opponent is clearly a factor. Second, KU beat Tech (who I obviously had overrated) in a game that really wasn't that close. Kansas jumped on Tech early and was never really threatened. Meanwhile, Texas blew a 19 point lead on Saturday, two teammates got in a fight during the game, and I wonder if Shaka really has control of this team. Finally, you know that KU wants to erase that 84-59 hammering that Texas put on them in Allen Fieldhouse last month. Take the Jayhawks here.
Iowa State +23.5 at Baylor - Baylor haven't played in 3 weeks. I expect a lot of rustiness tonight from Baylor. Bears beat the Clones by 11 in Ames back in January in a game that was closer than the final score indicated. I expect the Bears to win, but they won't cover this spread.
