For what it’s worth, yesterday turned out to be a better day for me. I finished the day +1.31 units, thanks mostly to a strong parla card. That leaves me +188.80 units for the 2023 season.
I used five sides, the Rays 1st 5 ML, the Mariners 1st 5and full game MLs, the Twins 1st 5 ML and the Marlins 1st 5 ML on my parlay card. All five cashed.
I also bet one side late, the Mariners full game ML and that cashed.
The Rays got yet another dominant outing from Shane McClanahan, who tossed 7 strong innings and gave up just 1 run on 4 hits with 7 Ks in a 7-3 win over the Jays.
Young Bryce Miller gave up just 2 hits over 6 shutout innings and the Mariners used a big 4th inning to beat the A’s again, 6-1 last night. The Mariners scored five times and sent 11 batters to the plate in the 4th, which wasd more than enough for Miller, who has gone at least 6 innings in eachj of his 5 starts. He’s given up just 2 hits in three of the five and a total of 4 earned runs in his 31 /1 innings.
Zac Gallen posted another solid outing giving up 2 runs over 5.2 innings to cash my 1st 5 bet on the Diamondbacks, but reliever Jose Ruiz, who had also worked on Tuesday, gave up a 2-run HR to Trea Turner with two out in the bottom of the 9th, tying the game at 5. Ruiz stayed in the game for the 10th and walked two and with the ghost runner loaded the bases Alec Bohmthen lofted one to right that landed on the warning track and drive in the winning run, costing me my fyll game ML bet.
Then Twin got as great outing from Joe Ryan and the Marlins got one from Sandy Alcantara. Alcantara struggled with is command early, but then settled down as the Marlins won at Coor in a 10-2 blowout. Of note was Bryan De La Cruz who stole 3 Bases, including home in the 5th that gave the Marlinns a 2-1 lead, cashing my 1st 5 bet and seemed to spark the team.
As for my other losers. The Angels kicked the Red Sox asses and especially Jmes Patn, and strangely, the Sox couldn’t hit Tyler Anderson? The Astros could hit Adrian Hous\er either. And Finally, the Ranger and Pirates put up 5 runs in the first two innings but never scored again.
We have a small slate of games to choose from today, with several day games, so let’s get to it. Here’s today’s card.

Yes, I know the Cards game started a few minutes ago and I’m sorry about that. I din’t have time to write up the two early games.
All I’ll say is that after a horrible start, Mikolas has been very good over his last 4 games. Weaver, on the other hand sucks.
As for TB, Eflin’s been solid all season and so have the Rays. Manoah’s been mostly attrocicious, and the Jays have struggled, especially v the AL East.
I’’’ have evening game write ups later .
Again sorry, but that’s life
