American League
Baltimore, 62½, have not won 63+ games since the 2017 season. The AL East has gotten stronger since then. UNDER.

Tampa, 89½, despite the comings and goings the Rays keep winning. OVER.

National League
Arizona, 66½, faces a similar issue that the Orioles do - others in the division keep improving while they spin their wheels. UNDER.

Atlanta, 90½, being able to beat up on Miami and Washington a lot of the course of the season helps them clear this total with room to spare. OVER.
