It's no secret Duke has underperformed, by their standards. If it weren't "Duke" on the rotation line this number would be 5-6. Duke's only conference road win was at Boston College, and by a single point. Tech has lost some games but most were without Hunter Cattoor, who came back against Clemson. With him and at home, they don't have a bad loss, and in fact don't have any losses. They've beaten Duke two of the last three times they played them, including to win the ACC Championship last year, so there's no good reason why the won't win tonight. Duke IS bigger, so as long as VT keeps them off the line and doesn't ley them own the glass, we're fine. If VT had the size Duke has, I'd go 3* here.
