3* on MILWAUKEE BREWERS
I love the Brewers in this spot-on Monday. They send out Peralta who was very good at HOME the last two seasons. He was very good for these Brewers last season (2.81 ERA & an incredible .165 .BAA). He's coming off a very good start his last time out & had all his pitches working. He's been very good his last 4 starts this season after a tough 1st two starts, which have his young season numbers inflated. The Braves give the ball to Ian Anderson & I do see a SP edge here for Milwaukee. He's coming off getting hit hard by the Red Sox and threw a season high pitch count, too. I also really like backing these Brewers when they're facing a RH starter. The Brewers are the 2nd best team in the N.L. in .OPS vs RH pitching. The Braves are also most potent when they face a LH starter. We have a BIG edge in the bullpen tonight with BOTH Hader and Williams having not pitched the last two days. I expect Perlata to limit these Braves (no Acuna again tonight too) and hand the ball over to the best very good bullpen arms to close this game out for the Brewers.
