Analysis

I think the Rams are in an extremely high motivational spot coming of a loss to the 49ers that they led 17-0 and and a 14 point lead at halftime and during the Sean McVay era the Rams were undefeated when they had a lead going into halftime. This is also why they traded for Matt Stafford. He didn’t end the season playing his best but I think he’ll be at his best for this matchup. I also think the Rams remember the first matchup this season against the Cardinals coming to Los Angeles and outplaying them which will add to their motivational factor. The Cardinals come into the playoffs just 1-4 SU and ATS over their last 5 and this offense hasn’t been the same since DeAndre Hopkins went down and he won’t be available for this matchup. I think this is also a contrarian spot on the Rams as they’re the favorite but they’re getting less than 50% of the tickets and money but the line has moved towards them.
