The record shows 1-8 in their last nine games. But things are looking up for the Senators enough where they can spring an upset here.

Ottawa hung in against Colorado in its last game two days ago, losing 7-5. The Avalanche scored twice in the final 1:43 to pull out that victory. 

The Senators have been hit hard by COVID-19, but now get some key players back. Pegged to return are forward Drake Batherson and defenseman Nikita Zaitsev. 

San Jose is fat and happy after a 2-1 overtime home victory against the Hurricanes this past Monday. The Sharks haven't been playing well, though. They are 3-6 in their last nine games. San Jose has scored just 10 goals during its past six games. The Sharks do not deserve to be this big of a favorite.
