Green Bay Packers -6
The problem is that the Bears will be without their top-2 RB’s, with a rookie, Khalil Herbert, making a start here. He looked good last week, but he’s still a rookie. This is critical because Chicago has been implementing really conservative, run-heavy game scripts. And when I say run-heavy, it has not involved Justin Fields, who’s looked absolutely abysmal running the ball. He’s currently the worst passer in the league, and we all know that in order to keep up with the Packers, you have to pass the ball. Chicago’s defense has played really well lately, but that’s been against DET and LV, both bottom-10 offenses. Packers are a step-up in class, averaging over 29 PPG in the last 4 games following that week-1 debacle. Can the Bears score 23 points here? That’d be the second time reaching that mark this year. I’m not so sure they can.
