We have above average weather in terms of humidity, which never hurts balls carrying. Add that to the fact that it may rain before the game starts, which limits warmups for pitchers. Our umpire is in the middle somewhere, and we're getting this number because of Peralta. While I don't deny his ability, when elite pitchers give up runs it's often times against division opponents who know him, and he faced the Pirates not long ago, and several Pirate regulars have had some success in limited at bats. It's enough to think Pittsburgh contributes, which is all we want. On the other side the Pirates have allowed 22 runs in the last three games, and the Brewers have collectively done plenty of damage to Chad Kuhl. In fact, 9 of his 13 starts have gone over. I am not concerned with Yelich being on the IL since he hadn't been a factor most of the season. Pittsburgh is 7-2-1 to the over their last ten games. The Brewers have only had two unders (with three pushes) in their last ten games. Either way, these guys will get to 9, IMO.
