This game should clear the over for us without too much of that nasty drama guys. We all know the weak link in the Nets chain is their defense. Particularly down in the block. The Nuggets should be able to expose those here with Jokic. Just think back to what he did to the Knicks the other night. New York has similar problems defending down in the post and he had an epic game. I look for this game to be largely an up tempo affair with stingy defense for either side being an afterthought more often than not. The over has been the winning ticket in eight of the last eleven games between these two. Frankly in all candor I don't put a ton of stock on those kinds of trends but some people feel better if there are trends posted to support our cause, lol. I do honestly do my due diligence guys. A lot of observers threw in the towel on the Nuggets season when Murray went out the for season injured. But this is a better team and deeper than many suspected and Michael Porter Jr is finally seemingly fulfilling his promise after oh so many injuries from college into his pro career. The Nets are off a tough trip to Milwaukee and then the frustrating loss in Dallas. I expect a Nets team, that often does not seem truly engaged, to come out here and play with some extra spring in their steps. Plus the Nuggets are off a game last night in Utah where they lost a game to the Jazz that resulted in 247 points on the board. I expect a similar score here. And tired legs can often lead to some sloppy, step slow defense. Bottom line is just nothing here points to under to me. I am going Triple here with the over.
